Frankston Sexual Offences and Child Abuse Investigation Team detectives are investigating a series of sexual acts in Seaford last month.

Investigators have been told a man showed pornography to a woman parked in the Keast Park car park on the Nepean Highway at 1.33pm on Tuesday, 28 June.

The woman reversed her car to leave and the man exposed himself and ran alongside her vehicle as she drove away.

About 15 minutes later, two women were walking through the foreshore area and were passed by a man who matched the description.

When one of the women looked back towards the man, she saw he had exposed himself and was masturbating.

The women ran away from the man, who left the scene.

The man is perceived to be Caucasian in appearance, aged in his 20s to 30s, with a slim build and missing/blackened teeth.

He was wearing a red Champion jumper, grey hoodie, black Nike tracksuit pants and brown boots.

Detectives have released CCTV footage and images of a man they believe may be able to assist with their enquiries.

Any witnesses, anyone with dashcam/CCTV or anyone with information is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or submit a confidential report online at www.crimestoppersvic.com.au
