Police say the car at the property was wrapped in black and the spoiler had been removed.

A 37-year-old Narre Warren man was arrested on 8 November and charged with theft of motor vehicle, drive whilst disqualified, and possess drug of dependence. He was remanded to appear at Ringwood Magistrates’ Court the following day. A 32-year-old Carrum Downs man was interviewed by police and released without charge.
