STAGE legends Lucy Durack and Rob Mills are set to headline the free Carols by Kingston show this weekend.

Carols by Kingston will take place at Bicentennial Park in Chelsea on Sunday.  Durack and Mills will be joined on the setlist by Bobby Fox, the Australian Girls Choir, the Mordialloc Jazz Orchestra, and the event’s MC Rhonda Burchmore.

The performances will be complemented by fireworks, food, craft activities, face painting, and an appearance from Santa.

Kingston mayor Jenna Davey-Burns said “despite some gumboot weather last year, we still had a great crowd along, singing and dancing to our favourite festive tunes – including my favourite, Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer.”

“After a big year, taking a moment out and coming together as a community is what we hope will fill your cup back up. Bring your big voices, we’ll bring the fun and let’s celebrate together,” she said.

Carols by Kingston takes place from 6pm to 9.30pm on Sunday 10 December at Bicentennial Park in Chelsea. The event is free but seating can be reserved from $20 at kingston.vic.gov.au/community/events/upcoming-events/carols-by-kingston.
