Tahlishah_BROWNPolice are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 16-year-old girl, Tahlishah Brown.

Tahlishah was dropped off to school in Warrandyte Road, Langwarrin about 8.30am yesterday morning and has not been seen since.

Police are concerned for her welfare given her age and the fact that this behaviour is out of character for Tahlishah.

Tahlishah is of Caucasian appearance, approximately 180cm tall with a medium build, fair complexion and straight, brown/blonde shoulder-length hair.

Tahlishah_BROWN_2She was last seen wearing a blue and white school dress, a light grey hooded jumper and black school shoes.

She was also carrying a black bag at the time.

Police have released an image of Tahlishah in the hope someone recognises her and can provide information regarding her current whereabouts.

Anyone who sees Tahlishah is urged to call Triple Zero (000) immediately.
