A MAN wielding a knife allegedly threatened shoppers at Carrum Downs Shopping Centre yesterday.Police allege that at around midday on Sunday, 31 August, the man assaulted a woman and smashed car windscreens. He was carrying a knife, police say.The man was arrested by police.
