A PERSON who died in a Frankston North car crash earlier this month has still not been identified. The driver died in a crash on McClelland Drive. The car drove into trees and caught fire just after 2am on 3 November. The sole occupant died at the scene.Four days after the fatal crash, police issued a public plea for information to help identify the driver. THREE local volunteer emergency services groups will share $57,000 in state government grant money.The Aspendale Lifesaving Swimming and Youth Club, Westpac Lifesaver Rescue Helicopter Service – Victoria, and Mordialloc Life Saving Club will each get a share of the money.
