PLANS are being formed to rebuild the playground at Lady Emily Reserve in Skye. The draft plan features a tree-house play area with shelter and swings. Sculpted chickens, nests, and eggs will also be at the playground, as well as a path and open area. The plans were exhibited this month. The upgrade will cost $300,000 to Frankston ratepayers. POLICE are looking for a woman who has allegedly been driving around a car with incorrect plates. The woman pulled into Woolworths Caltex Petrol Station in Braeside at around 3.35pm on 20 September. The silver Suzuki Swift she was driving was allegedly displaying the wrong license plates. Police have released images (pictured) of a car of interest alongside a woman they wish to speak to. A CYCLIST is being sought by police after an alleged road rage incident earlier this year. Police are looking for a man who was cycling on Nepean Highway near Station Street in Aspendale at around 12pm, 27 June. They believe he can help them with their investigation into the incident. An image of the cyclist (pictured) police want to speak to has been released. Anyone who recognises him has been asked by police to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000. A LARGE piece of machinery has been stolen from a Braeside worksite. A Caterpillar Posi Track Skid Steer (pictured) was last seen at a construction site on Governor Road in Braeside. It was stolen sometime after 3.25am on 27 September. Police have asked anyone who sees the machine to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or the Moorabbin Police Station on 9556 6556. DESIGNS for an updated pavilion at GR Bricker Reserve in Moorabbin have been approved. Council received $3 million from the state government three years ago to develop the facility. Another $1.5 million of ratepayer funding has been allocated to the project as well. The ground is home to the Moorabbin Little Athletics Club, Omega Cricket Club, the Racing Rugby Club and the Moorabbin Dog Obedience Club.
