SPARK Youth Dance Company will perform its eight-dance Circuit Breaker in the grounds of McClelland Sculpture Park+Gallery, Langwarrin on Friday 9 April and Saturday 10 April. THE use of credit cards stolen from Parkdale late last year is being investigated by police. At around midnight on 21 December, a handbag was stolen from a car on Herbert Street. Credit cards were stolen from the handbag and later used by three people at stores in Camberwell, Abbotsford, Richmond, Fitzroy, and Melbourne East. THE winners of the 2020 OptiKa photo competition have been announced. Mark Forbes won the best photograph award, taking home a $4,000 prize. Amelia Jewell won the $1,000 portrait award and Emily Gough received the video award. The OptiKa photo competition is in its 13th year. The theme of this year’s competition was “connection”. KINGSTON councillors have voted to approve a pay rise for the mayor.
