A MAN has been caught allegedly driving more than three and a half times over the legal blood alcohol limit in Carrum Downs. Police pulled the driver over on 3 June. They allege that he crashed his boss’s car into a metal barrier after failing to turn right onto Thompsons Road near Eastlink. A MURAL by an Indigenous artist will be installed at Frankston East Primary School to mark Reconciliation Week. The artwork was painted by Indigenous artist Kellie Congues. The mural depicts seven classrooms, each completed with help from the students. Police allege the incident took place somewhere between Richmond and Frankston on a Frankston-bound train. It happened on 4 April at around 12pm. A CHELSEA student has been named the new Kingston deputy mayor. St Joseph’s Primary student Alexandra Shewan is the junior mayor for 2023/2024.
