FIVE teenagers have been arrested after a stolen vehicle crashed outside a Frankston shopping centre on Wednesday afternoon (5 April). Police received information that a stolen vehicle had been sighted at the shopping centre on Cranbourne-Frankston Road about 4.50pm. Officers attended the centre and were directed by members of the public who had seen the vehicle heading west on Frankston-Dandenong Road. TWO men have been arrested after evading police in Melbourne’s south early on the morning of Thursday 6 April. Police observed an alleged stolen white Mercedes wagon speeding on the Frankston Dandenong Road in Frankston North just after midnight.
