A TEN year plan for council spending has been released for consultation. Frankston Council is asking for feedback on its draft 2021-2031 financial plan. The document outlines the ways that over half a billion dollars in ratepayer funding might be spent in the next decade. FRANKSTON Council will undertake a feasibility study to look into how it could move forward its net zero emissions target.
