They help make collaborative dance and theatre with other young people which, they say, is relevant, thought provoking and engaging. The group is holding an audition workshop 5–8.30pm, Friday 20 March, at Cube 37, Frankston Arts Centre. ARMED crime squad police are investigating how a Frankston man, 34, received a gunshot wound to his arm on Tuesday. The incident occurred in a unit on Swift St, near Lorraine St, about 11am. A 26-year-old Frankston man was arrested at the scene but later released pending further inquiries. The victim was taken to Frankston Hospital for treatment.

KINGSTON police will be tough on motorists breaking road rules over the coming Labour Day weekend. They will be out in force in Operation Arid starting early on Friday 6 March and ending at midnight 9 March. The adventure began when Marini Ferlazzo founder Nathan Ferlazzo contacted organisers of the 87th Academy Awards in Los Angeles two weeks ago offering his intricately made greeting cards and zodiac cards as gifts to category winners.
