Investigators have been told Destiny was last seen in the Frankston area on Thursday 5 May and has not been seen since.
Destiny is known to frequent the Frankston CBD area and may be staying with friends.
Police and family are concerned for her welfare due to her age and the length of time that she has been missing.
Investigators have released an image of Destiny in the hope someone may know her whereabouts.
Destiny is described as 155cm tall with a thin build and blonde hair.
