A MAN who painted graffiti on the inside of a city bound Frankston train, Monday 3 July, is being sought by police. He daubed the tag ‘GAUZER’ before disembarking at Kananook.
CCTV image, pictured, show the man as Caucasian, late teens-early 20s, with shoulder length dark hair. He was wearing a black jumper, black jeans and a black beanie.
