Stephanie was last seen on 20 March 2018 in the Frankston area.
Police have concerns for her welfare due to her age and the length of time she has been missing.
Stephanie has a slim build, fair complexion and red hair.
Police have also released an image of Stephanie in the hope someone recognises her and can provide information regarding her current whereabouts.
