OFFENDERS jemmied open the door to a large mulching machine on a Wedge Road, Carrum Downs, construction site and stole more than $10,000 in specialist tools, overnight 11-12 September.
They had cut the lock to temporary fencing on the site at 4.30am before stealing the tools, as well as sledge hammers, spanners, socket set, die grinder kit, and cordless drill.
