Frankston Crime Investigation Unit detectives have arrested a man in relation to the alleged traveling conmen scams in the Seaford area.

The 26-year-old Irish national has been charged with obtaining property by deception and stating a false name.

He has been charged in relation to allegations he was offering trade services under a false business name.

He has been remanded to appear in Frankston Magistrates’ Court.
