Police arrested a man after executing a search warrant in Carrum on 9 November.
Detectives from Kingston Crime Investigation Unit attended the Stephens Street address and executed a warrant at 9am.
Police seized items including an embossing machine used to create false identification, an allegedly stolen car, power tools, mail and what is alleged to be a large quantity of manufactured driver’s licences, credit cards along with allegedly stolen mail.
A 43-year-old Carrum man was arrested at the scene.
He has been charged with handling stolen goods, theft of motor vehicle, committing indictable offence whilst on bail, possessing identifying information relating to another person, possessing proceeds of a crime and possessing methylamphetamine.
He has been remanded to the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court.
