TWO police officers raised over $5000 for the Blue Ribbon Foundation at a fundraiser on 8 January.

Senior Constable Julie Morris and colleague Sergeant Daniel Burton swam 10kms from Mornington Pier to Frankston Pier in an effort to raise funds. The Blue Ribbon Foundation aims to fund mental health and PTSD resources.

Senior Constable Morris made headlines last year after saving a swimmer from drowning at Frankston Pier.
