A WARRANT has been issued for 33-year-old Joel Callen.
The man, who is known to frequent Frankston and Carrum Downs, is wanted for contravening a court order.
Callen is described by police as “about 175cm tall, with a medium build and fair hair”. A photo (above) has been released of him.
