FRANKSTON councillor Steven Hughes (pictured) has returned to work after a one month suspension.
Cr Hughes’ suspension ran for one month beginning on 31 August.
Cr Hughes was suspended after the conclusion of arbitration between himself and Frankston Council.
The arbiter found that Cr Hughes had committed four acts of misconduct after he made social media posts criticising council decisions and spending (“Rebel councillor suspended over Facebook posts” The Times 31/8/21).
