LANGWARRIN will soon be home to a new fenced dog park. The park will be at 95 Southgateway, Langwarrin. KINGSTON Council will funnel an extra $15,000 in ratepayer money towards their arts grant program this year. A FUNDRAISER set up to help the family of a man killed in a tragic accident at Kingston Central Plaza last week has raised over $75,000. Father of two Scott Brownridge was killed on 29 July after being struck by a car outside of the Moorabbin shopping centre. Police believe he was standing near the rear of his car at around 1pm when he was struck. The driver of the car, an 83-year-old Cheltenham man, assisted police with enquiries. WORK on the village green at the newly opened Carrum Station has been completed. The station opened for passengers in February this year, but works have continued.
