FREE dog poo bags will soon be available at dog parks across Kingston. Council trialled the free bag system for six months, and has made the call to implement it permanently. LIBRARIES have slowly begun to reopen, starting from 9 June. Chelsea, Clarinda, and Westall libraries have opened their doors for adjusted hours after closing during the COVID-19 pandemic. Dingley Village, Highett, Moorabbin, and Patterson Lakes libraries remain shut for the time being. Parkdale and Cheltenham libraries are open for click and collect services only. BANK cards stolen from a car in Frankston have been used in Nunawading. The victim’s car window was smashed and their cards were taken on 9 May.
