VISITORS can explore their inner artist when the Chelsea Heights Community Centre hosts a ‘pop-up art event’ on Saturday 25 March. The interactive day will include workshops to suit all ages, and there will be a range of guest artists and musicians. The baton will be in Frankston on Sunday 11 February next year as it journeys through Victoria to its final destination of the Gold Cost for the 2018 Commonwealth Games opening ceremony on 4 April.
