Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Langwarrin boy Tekaha Waenga. The 14-year-old was last seen leaving his home address from Bryson Court in Langwarrin at about 10.30pm on 3 March 2016. Police have concerns for the boy due to his age. Tekaha is perceived to be of Maori appearance, he is described as being six foot tall with collar length black hair. He was last seen wearing a long sleeve black top and a black baseball cap with grey peak. Anyone with any information is urged to contact Triple Zero (000) of Frankston Police on 97845555.

FOUR teenagers have been arrested following an aggravated burglary in Mentone, 11pm, 18 March. The teens – of Chelsea Heights, Patterson Lakes, Cranbourne and Heatherton – entered a Plummer Rd house via the front door and allegedly stole the keys to a silver Holden utility parked in the driveway, as well a wallet, credit cards and personal items. APRIL is pet registration time – and Kingston Council is reminding all cat and dog owners to ensure their pets comply. Registering pets is the best way to ensure owners are reunited if their pets are lost or run away. Over the past two years, all properly registered dogs collected by Kingston Council rangers have been successfully returned to their owners.
